Road to Recovery Exercise Physiology Penrith is located within PLATFORM 2750 Gym. We have free parking onsite and there is also free street parking on Renshaw Street. If you are visiting for the first time, our studio is situated behind PARX Cafe.
We offer private consultations eligible for private health rebates, medicare rebatable services with GP referral as well as services covered by DVA, NDIS and WorkCover.
Road to Recovery’s Exercise Physiologists are allied health professionals who can work with you to help with goals such as injury recovery, strength gains, fat loss and health aging.
We prescribe exercise for the prevention and management of overall health and fitness. At our Penrith location, we provide a range of services including Exercise Physiology and Personal Training, tailored to meet your specific health and fitness needs.
