Our team at Road to Recovery is registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme as well as the Quality & Safeguard Commission.
This means that we hold a certain level of certification and our services and supports are recognised to be of a high standard while protecting our participants rights and freedoms. Whether Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy, we work with the NDIS, the participant and their support team to provide supports tailored to our participant’s individual goals, including:
- Intellectual disabilities
- Mental Health
- Physical disability
Exercise Physiology can help to improve your strength and function, increase aerobic fitness and weight management, work on your mobility and flexibility and improve your quality of life! Exercise physiology funding comes under the ‘health and well being’ & ‘improved daily living’ funding categories.
Physiotherapy can help manage pain, slow and reverse disease progression as well as keep you as mobile and independent as can be! Our physios provide a hands on approach to treat the cause of your pain and condition as well as recognise the importance of exercise therapy in building capacity. Physiotherapy funding comes under the ‘Improved daily living’ category.
Unsure if you’re eligible for NDIS funding? Or looking for a letter or support to include Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy services in your plan? We understand change can be scary & confusing and new things take time to learn. If you have questions about how these services and supports fit into the NDIS, we’ve got answers.
