All staff are really interested in my condition and progress. I have been coming now for 3 years and I am still walking and being able to manage some tasks at home. You will always have a staff member with you throughout your programme and they are there to encourage, assist and help you meet the exercise goal.I would highly recommend Road to Recovery to anybody who is seeking fitness strength through lack of, after an illness or more importantly after corrective surgery.

I have been coming to Road To Recovery for almost 3 years now. When I came along I was very unsteady on my feet due to my disability would often trip over. The exercises that I have been doing have strengthened my legs so that now I am more steady and confident as I walk around.Joe and his team are amazing in their attitude towards clients. They tailor the exercises to suit each individuals. This takes a lot of time and research that they are willing to do so that their clients get the most out of their time there.I have experienced other services that just gave me basic exercises that didn't suit my condition and therefore were ineffective.They demonstrate such a strong care for their clients and are passionate to assist each individual to have a quality of life.I know if it wasn't for Joe and his team my legs would've continued to deteriorate and who knows where I would've been now.

I was advised to reach out to Road to Recovery following surgery for a broken leg and 4 months on crutches. With some trepidation I made that call and began this incredible journey......... Now 4 months into recovery I am indebted to all the staff at Road to Recovery for their knowledge, encouragement, patience and excellence to train me to walk again, and so much more! We are on track to run again soon. Without these guys I'm not sure where I would be at, I am really fortunate to have them in my corner! Thank you to Joe and all the Team!

Really loving the pilates reformer classes, its made a huge difference to my overall body strength. The class teachers are more than happy to work with me to find exercise variations that are most effective for me.
