Our Exercise Physiologist and Pilates Instructor Holly runs our small group classes each week.

The main aim is to improve functional capacity and aid with health by implementing traditional Pilates techniques using low impact exercises, focusing on flexibility and improving muscular endurance and strength. The exercises are performed with an emphasis on precision technique; balanced postural alignment; core strength; controlled, flowing movements; and using breath to centre the mind.
