Our small group exercises classes aim to help older Australians get moving so they can move better, live better and improve their health.
The goal of this class is building strength, maintaining balance, reducing joint stiffness and generally feeling younger! You’ll be using a combination of aerobic exercise machines, hand weights and bodyweight exercises during this class and will have an Exercise Physiologist supervising which makes this class a great place to start if you’re new to exercising or apprehensive that you’re behind.
Our classes have become a social occasion for many of our participants, who often get together for a post workout coffee at a local cafe or our monthly morning tea after class.
