Our small group exercise classes aim to help Australians with diabetes gain control over their health through improved strength and weight control and move away from complications like hypoglycaemia and guilt.

Our program is for diabetics looking to improve their health and take control back. It involves an individual health assessment and weekly small group exercise classes which you can attend as few or as many times as you like.

Whether your goals are building muscle strength, improving your balance, managing blood sugar levels or managing your weight, this program will have you covered.

Individuals with Type 2 Diabetes are eligible to have this program largely subsidised through medicare. While not essential to be a part of this program, you can chat with your doctor and ask them to complete this referral form to make you eligible for the medicare subsidy.
